Google Pixel 10 Will Come With Qi2 Wireless Charging

New leaked images from NieuweMobiel on August 13, 2025, indicate potential “Pixelsnap” cases for the forthcoming Google Pixel 10, suggesting support for the Qi2 wireless charging standard as Google’s launch event approaches.

The “Pixelsnap” cases feature a distinct ring positioned in the center, which implies compatibility with the Qi2 wireless charging standard. This design element suggests an integrated magnetic system facilitating precise alignment for wireless charging.

Currently, the HMD Skyline is the only Android smartphone equipped with built-in magnets for complete Qi2 magnetic charging support. In contrast, devices such as Samsung’s most recent foldable phones are “Qi2 Ready,” meaning they necessitate magnetic cases to achieve full Qi2 compatibility.

This recent case leak aligns with a previous leak observed last month, which depicted what appeared to be a wireless charging puck intended for the Pixel 10. The consistency between these separate leaks reinforces the potential for Qi2 integration.

According to the images shared by NieuweMobiel, potential color options for the standard Pixel 10 cases include blue, black, green, and light blue. For the Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL, the anticipated case colors encompass gray, green, and white. The official Google Pixel 10 launch event is scheduled for one week from the date of the leak.
