According to TechCrunch, Google has initiated the global rollout of its Veo 3 video generation model to Gemini users across over 159 countries. This new video generation capability is exclusively accessible to Google’s AI Pro plan subscribers, with a daily limit of three video creations per user.
The Veo 3 model, first demonstrated by Google in May, enables users to produce videos up to eight seconds in length through the input of text prompts. This functionality expands the creative tools available within the Gemini platform.
Google’s Josh Woodward stated that the company is developing additional features for Gemini, specifically working on integrating image-to-video generation capabilities. This ongoing development aims to broaden the scope of media creation within the AI Pro subscription service.
