While Asus may not hold the title for the absolute fastest monitor available, its offering distinguishes itself. Koorui and HKC have previously announced 750Hz 1080p monitors. Asus’s monitor provides distinct advantages over these competitors. Monitors from Koorui and HKC utilize TN panels, which generally do not match the color accuracy, brightness, and viewing angles offered by OLED technology. Additionally, Koorui and HKC are brands with limited presence in Western markets. The Asus model offers a switch to a higher resolution when maximum speed is not required, a feature not available on the announced Koorui and HKC monitors.
